Hello people. ^^ I'm Ashley { and 14 turning 15 this September, fwee! } and my obsession is definately tigers/wolves. No not horses. I do not own any! **sobs and runs away** That really sucks that I don't. I go to these horse sites, which are mainly horse owners and they're like, do you ride Side-Saddle or Western? And when I tell them I have no horses, usually they blow up at me. One time I even got banned. XD {Luckily I really didn't like that site very much} And then my best friend has 4 horses, and people always make fun of her because she is so obsessed with them, but I would give anything to have a white arab, even if I was madly obsessed with it. XD But, yesh. I got Photoshop CS2, let meh see...... 1 month I belive, ago. XD I really would love to become very good, but my cutting skilz are, lets just say, a little fake looking. XD The blurry lines bother me so much, and if someone could tell me what I was doing wrong I'd luff them to bits. XD Plus I get jealous alot, for I join alot of Graphic sites. And when I try my best and post an entry in a contest, they're like.. "Rain, I didn't know you sucked that much! You should take an online course with a graphics teacher!" >.> I've been deleting my own account on many sites like that lately. XD So...the hard knock life of Rain. XD :.//.:

Welcome Rain!
I have one horse which I got in the summer, but have definatly been riding for a few years now. People can get mean sometimes, but I don't see why they would ban you. *ponders about evil people* Anywho, I would also die for a white arabian, but my little bay missouri fox trotter is just fine with me. ^.^ (My friends also make fun of me for being obsessed with horses, but it doesn't bother me.) Don't worry if you don't have a horse, they are expensive and people know that. They shouldn't judge you just because you don't have a horse.
When you are cutting out a picture, try not to blur the edges at all. Just cut it out, use the erasor tool on the rough outer parts, the smudge tool when you have gone in to far, the (if your program has it) the defringe tool to get any access background from the previous picture. It took me a while to get it all looking nicely, and even now I have some pictures that turn out like crap. You should have seen what my pictures looked like after having my program for only a month *hangs head in shame* Don't worry though, you'll get better!
I am glad to have you join though! I hope you will stay active!

That looks great! ;D If you ever come to a rough spot or a spot that needs a bit more rounding, don't be afraid to use the smudge tool, but be sure not to use it to much. It will start to show that you used it to much if you go crazy with it. (These are all from past experiences with my own work ) Keep practicing and you will soon be awesome! --Horsegirl
